Genuine vintage Japanese kimono.
This is called a HAORI.

One-of-a-kind-vintage.

This pattern is a traditional pattern called “yariume(spear and Japanese apricot blossom=ume)”.

Is this flower a Japanese ume blossom? I am also troubled by the answer to the question, “Is it a Really? Japanese ume blossom?

The number of petals is correct and lovely.

New branches of ume trees grow strongly toward the sky. It is designed to look like a spear.

I love ume blossoms, which bloom when the snow melts, because they are so beautiful.

This fabric is called shibori.
Kimonos are dyed and embroidered using a variety of techniques, one of which is the “tie-dyeing” technique.
This is a technique in which fabrics are dyed by binding them with threads or sandwiched with a device to prevent dyeing, and then dyed with dyestuffs to create complex patterns.

I carefully handpicked this piece, which is in very good condition for a vintage garment.
