Kimono dress gown and string belt upcycled from Genuine vintage Japanese kimono

This dress gown is made of a vintage silk kimono.

This is originally a kimono for men.
It used to be worn as the first formal kimono for Japanese men.
I would suggest a style that is unisex and casual wear.
A beautiful antique silk black kimono is worn as a robe.

The name of the fabric is 羽二重 Habutae.

I would suggest a style that you wear a Vintage kimono as you would wear a trench coat.

I and the sewing team upcycled this kimono piece.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece created by a small team of handmade artists.
Kimono gowns were hand-sewn and tailored. It took a very long time.(Belt is machine-sewn)

I carefully handpicked this kimono piece, which is in very good condition for a vintage garment.
