I've always loved the beauty of kimono fabric, so I've bought nearly 10 kimono jackets (Haori羽織). This is my first time buying an upcycled
Furisode振袖, and it's absolutely dreamy. The weather in Taiwan is still too hot right now, but I'll wear it out on dates with friends once it cools down a bit! Thank you so much for your upcycling work, and it allows us foreigners to also experience the beauty of kimonos!

From the speed of shipping to the absolutely beautiful packaging of the haori, I am exceptionally impressed at the quality! The haori itself is more beautiful and finely tailored into its newer form (as purchased) that was imaged. When I opened the package and touched the material itself, I knew it was going to be a very special piece I would FIND occasions to wear it to. Perfect state, I don't even know where the damage that was indicated is! I love wearing something that has history, that had a life before joining me and most probably will have a life after me. Using it differently than intended is honoring the piece and the tradition and still being "extra" and innovative... making worlds und universes meet in wearing a unique piece that was treated with so much love before joining me makes me very happy. ♥️
