Return Policy
Please note that all of our products are vintage items. Due to the nature of vintage goods and international shipping, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. However, in the case of a clear mistake or fault on our part, we follow our 30-day return policy. We also comply with the European Union’s 14-day cooling-off period. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
As our product prices include international shipping costs, if a package is returned to us due to customer circumstances and a refund is requested, the shipping cost portion will be deducted from the refund. We appreciate your understanding.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@machikokimono.com. Please note that returns must be sent to our designated address. For the exact return address, please contact us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

当店の商品はすべてヴィンテージ品です。そのため、商品の特性および海外発送に対応していることから、基本的に返品・返金はお受けしておりません。
ただし、当店に明らかな不備や過失がある場合には、30日間の返品ポリシーに従って対応いたします。
また、欧州連合（EU）への配送の場合には、14日間のクーリングオフ期間を遵守いたします。
ご注文前に必ず商品詳細をご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。
なお、当店の商品価格には海外発送の送料が含まれております。お客様のご都合により荷物が日本へ返送され、返金をご希望される場合には、送料相当額を差し引いた金額をご返金いたします。あらかじめご了承ください。
30日間返品ポリシー
商品を受け取られてから30日以内に返品のご依頼をいただけます。
返品の対象となるのは、商品が到着時と同じ状態（未使用・未着用、タグ付き、オリジナルのパッケージに入ったまま）であり、レシートまたは購入証明をご提示いただける場合に限ります。
返品をご希望の場合は contact@machikokimono.com までご連絡ください。返品は当店指定の住所への送付が必要です。住所の詳細については別途ご案内いたします。
事前に返品申請をされずに返送された商品は、お受けできませんのでご注意ください。

不良や不具合について
商品到着時に必ずご確認ください。万が一、不良品・破損品・誤った商品が届いた場合は、速やかにご連絡をお願いいたします。状況を確認の上、適切に対応いたします。
返品不可の商品について
以下の商品は返品をお受けできません。生鮮食品（食品・花・植物など）、オーダーメイド商品（特注品・名入れ商品など）、パーソナルケア用品（化粧品・美容関連商品など）、危険物（可燃性液体やガスなど）。
該当商品についてご不明な点がある場合は、事前にご相談ください。
また、セール品およびギフトカードも返品の対象外となります。
交換について
交換をご希望の場合は、一度返品をしていただき、返品が承認された後に新たにご注文いただくのが最も確実です。
EUの14日間クーリングオフ制度
上記にかかわらず、欧州連合（EU）へ配送される商品については、理由を問わず14日以内であればご注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利があります。返品条件は上記と同様で、未使用・未着用、タグ付き、オリジナルのパッケージ入りの商品であり、購入証明が必要です。
返金について
返品商品を受領・検品後、返金可否をご連絡いたします。返金が承認された場合は、10営業日以内にご購入時のお支払い方法へ返金を処理いたします。
なお、ご利用の銀行やクレジットカード会社によっては、返金の反映にお時間がかかる場合がございます。
返品承認から15営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、contact@machikokimono.com までご連絡ください。
