Genuine vintage Japanese kimono.

This HAORI is called “KUROMONTSUKI HAORI 黒紋付羽織” in Japan.

It used to be worn as the first formal jacket for Japanese men.

My proposal is to wear haori as a unisex casual fashion, different from the original way of wearing kimono.

One-of-a-kind-vintage.

I carefully handpicked this piece, which is in very good condition for a vintage garment.

“KAMON 家紋 ”About the mark on this HAORI
This mark is called KAMON and is the emblem representing the family.
In the old days, only a few people of high status were allowed to have KAMON, but in the Meiji era (1868-1912), ordinary people were allowed to have KAMON.
This haori family crest is called 「 Daki-Myoga 抱き茗荷」

The Daki-Myoga crest features a pair of myoga ginger leaves symmetrically arranged as if embracing from both sides. In Japanese, myoga is a homophone for myōga (冥加), meaning “divine protection” or “blessings from the gods.” Because of this auspicious association, the crest was widely adopted—especially among samurai families—as a symbol of good fortune and spiritual protection.
